The above appeared as a description from a 2016 conference held in India. I thought yes! That’s the formula for success and for living life to the fullest.
A year from now, will you be looking back thinking:

“I should have…”
“I wish I had taken that chance….stood up for myself, advocated for myself, seized that opportunity.”

Don’t let it happen to you in 2017.
If you are like many of my clients, you start off with good intentions, but somehow within a few months of setting your yearly plan, life happens. There is a detour due to pressures at work or at home, or both, not allowing time for implementation and evaluation of your plan or for nurturing yourself to ensure you have the energy to get it all done. Frustration sets in and feeling overwhelmed becomes the daily norm.
Stop, get centered. Take the time to look at your goals, strategies and tactics. Regular evaluation of your plan is a must. I’m not really saying anything new in the last sentence, but it is always good to have that concept reinforced.
What is it you want to accomplish this year? What are your goals? Where do you want to be at the end of the year?
What do you need to do to:
- differentiate yourself?
- experience your brilliance?
- share your brilliance?
- gain the confidence you need to be bold and fearless?
- take your next leap?
- be the woman you’ve always wanted to be?
What’s holding you back?
- time
- inability to effectively negotiate
- lack of clarity or purpose or motivation
- feelings of fear and inferiority
- discomfort with power?
It’s time to challenge yourself. You can do it.
Explore beyond the accepted rules.
Push yourself to the edge.
