Francesca Burack works with corporations and individual women who are looking to embrace fearless female talent. As a speaker, Francesca has inspired business audiences around the world. As a consultant, she works with companies seeking systemic change in their management practices. And as a coach, she trains individual women to fearlessly stand in their own power.

Corporations recognize that in order to meet their financial goals, they need new people with fresh ideas. And in order to bring those fresh ideas forward, they have to nurture diversity at every level of the company. Francesca gives her corporate clients the tools they need to make ALL their employees successful – and helps them identify and groom their female leadership to move from conference room to board room.

Francesca works with corporations in a variety of ways – from public speaking at corporate events… to long-term consulting with senior management, department heads and HR departments who want a robust management pipeline… to training teams on unconscious bias… to individual business coaching with up-and-coming talent.

With individuals, Francesca coaches women who are tired of being invisible and want to expand their opportunities to use 100% of their talent. She understands the frustration women feel as they tackle overt and unconscious bias within their industry or organization. She is expert at drawing out hidden talents, developing effective, strategic communication skills, and crafting an action plan that can be put to work immediately.

Francesca’s experience includes internal corporate management, external consulting, and business development, and she’s worked with large and small corporations around the world. She’s been recognized by the New York Chamber of Commerce & Industry for “her excellence in business performance and commitment to New York City,” by the US Small Business Administration as a Women in Business Advocate of the Year for her “commitment to the advancement of women’s business ownership,” and was an elected delegate to the White House Conference on Small Business. In 2013 she received the Lilly Ledbetter Award from the New York Women’s Agenda.

She is also a certified Leadership Ambassador and trainer with Take The Lead™, an organization that prepares, develops, inspires, and propels women to take their fair and equal share of leadership positions across all sectors by 2025.
